The exotic fruit banana was shrouded in a huge spectrum of controversy in ancient times. Nowadays, it seems to us to be an ordinary fruit, which can be easily found on the shelves of stores at any time of the year
. However, the path of bananas to the consumer basket in the era of pioneers was quite thorny.

The fruit was discovered by travelers from India and China. People brought bananas with them and began to grow them on their territory.
The yellow fruit could stay for a long time only within these countries. But, the campaigns of Alexander the Great made bananas famous.
We will try to prepare a not typical banana dessert, without adding butter, milk and sugar.
Ingredients for banana dessert:
- bananas – 3 pcs;
- cocoa – 3 tsp;
- cinnamon – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of banana dessert:
Cut peeled bananas into small slices and chop with a blender until smooth. Add cinnamon and cocoa to the banana puree, do not forget to sift the loose ingredients.
To mix the ingredients, mix the puree in the blender for 30 seconds.
In a small mold put parchment, move the banana-chocolate mass there. Wait for the dessert to solidify in the freezer for about 4 hours.
After the set time, all you have to do is carefully remove the mold and paper from the dessert.
By adding a pinch of nutmeg to the mixture, you can give the dish additional flavor notes.
