Ingredients for potato pancake:
- Potatoes – 4 pcs;
- Eggs – 1 pc;
- Green onions – 1/2 bundle;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Dill – 1 sprig;
- Dry ground garlic – 1 tsp.
Preparing the potato pancake:
Shinkle finely green onion, mix with egg in a separate bowl. Shred the peeled potatoes on a large grater. Grease the pan with a drop of vegetable oil, lay out ½ of the potato mass.
Evenly distribute the potatoes on the bottom. On the layer of potatoes pour the mixture of egg and onion, distribute an even layer.
On top of the onion and egg filling, pour the rest of the potato mass, press down on the filling, creating a tight shape. Under a lid on low heat fry one side of the potato pancake, salt.
After a couple of minutes, using a lid or a large plate, turn the pancake to the second side, fry for a couple of minutes.
Salt the surface of the pancake and sprinkle with dried garlic
