Let’s prepare a budget beet salad.
Ingredients for beet salad:
- Beets – 2 pcs;
- Walnuts – 50 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Cheese brynza or feta – 100 g;
- Lettuce leaves;
- Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Delicate mustard – 1/2 tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boil beets until ready, peel and grate on a coarse grater or Korean grater. Chop nuts into fine crumbs, ⅔ add to beets, salt the ingredients.
