Ingredients for cheese rolls:
- puff pastry – 600 g;
- cream cheese – 300 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- feta cheese – 200 g;
- cheese – 150 g;
- parsley – 20 g;
- egg – 1 pc.
Ingredients for the sauce:
- yolks – 4 pcs;
- butter – 100 g;
- lemon juice – 20 ml;
- milk – 50 ml;
- hot paprika – 2 g.
Preparation of cheese rolls:
To the cream cheese pass garlic cloves through the press, mix. Cover the puff pastry with cream cheese in an even layer.
Knead the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the surface of the cream cheese layer. Grate 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on the surface of the feta
cheese layer. Chop parsley finely and sprinkle it on the surface of the cheese layer.
Roll up the layer of dough into a roll with the filling inside. Divide the roll into small portions.
Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray. Crack an egg into a bowl and beat. Brush the egg over the surface of the rolls.
Grate the rest of the cheese on a fine grater and make cheese caps on the tops of the rolls.
Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
