Crab salad quickly managed to win people’s attention, since it was created from crab sticks. The attitude to this component of salads is quite twofold. Someone likes crab sticks, as it is quite a good substitute for seafood. Someone considers crab sticks harmful to health because of the content of many chemical components and dyes.
However, there are not so many chemicals and dyes in quality crab sticks

Basically, the sticks are created from fish oil and meat. In the right proportions, sticks are even useful.
It is worth telling how you can make a good and not typical salad from sticks.
Ingredients for salad from crab sticks:
- Crab sticks – 200 g;
- Juice – 1/2 lemon;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Cheese – 70 g;
- Mayonnaise;
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
Ingredients for breadcrumbs:
- Bread – 3 pieces;
- Dry ground garlic – 2 tsp;
- Provence herbs – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of crab salad:
Cut crab sticks into small cubes and pour lemon juice over them. Also cut small cubes of bread for
breadcrumbs. Put the bread in a cellophane bag, mix it with dry ground garlic, provan herbs and vegetable oil.
Inflate the bag, tie and shake thoroughly to mix all the components.
Grease the parchment with water and put it on a baking tray, pour the breadcrumbs into it. Dry the breadcrumbs in the oven at 190 degrees for 8 minutes.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and cut into small cubes, put to the crab sticks. Grate cheese on a coarse grater, add to the salad.
Put the cooled breadcrumbs in the salad, put garlic cloves through the press. Fill the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
You get a spicy salad with breadcrumbs and crab sticks.
The salad will be tastier with homemade mayonnaise.
