In the modern world, apple pie can also be considered a dessert. Let’s prepare a simple apple pie from semolina.
Ingredients for apple pie:
- Apples – 3 pcs;
- semolina – 5 tbsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Kefir – 80 g;
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp;
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Salt – 1/4 tsp.
Preparation of apple pie:
Peel the apples from the peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Pour to the apple mass semolina and vanilla sugar, stir.
