Buns can always be a good addition to dinner, lunch or breakfast. The main thing is to prepare this uncomplicated dish correctly. Do not buy baked goods in pastry stores or even more so in grocery stores. Purchased buns have a less intense flavor and aroma.
In addition, in order for store-bought baked goods to retain a marketable appearance, certain chemicals are added to the dough.
Homemade bread quickly stale, so it should be consumed in a short period of time. However, such baked goods are healthier than store-bought.
Let’s prepare apple rolls in a frying pan.
Ingredients for apple rolls:
- Apple – 2 pcs;
- Egg – pcs;
- Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- Water – 100 ml;
- Warm milk – 200 ml;
- Yeast – tsp;
- Flour – 330 g.
Preparation of apple buns:
Apples need to be peeled from the peel and seed pod, cut into small slices. In a bowl combine the apple pieces with egg and powdered sugar, beat with a blender to a homogeneous mass.
Pour vegetable oil, water and warm milk into the puree. Stir the mass, add yeast and sift flour. The kneaded
dough should be covered with cling film and a towel and left for half an hour. Next, mix the dough, heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
Put the dough in a ladle and drop it into the boiling oil.
After the top of the dough becomes ruddy, the bun will easily come out of the ladle. The top should be actively drizzled with oil.
As soon as the bun comes out of the ladle, it should float in hot oil for another 5-7 minutes.
Before serving the buns should be placed on a paper towel to drain all the fat and oil.
You should use powdered sugar to decorate the buns.
