Cooking this apple pie will yield delicious results while learning how to easily handle the dough and filling for baked goods.

Apple pie filling ingredients:

  • apples – 8 pcs;
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp. liters;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • ground cinnamon – tsp;
  • starch – a tbsp;
  • water – 40 ml.

Ingredients for the biscuit:

  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • vanilla sugar – 10 g;
  • milk – 50 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 120 ml;
  • leavening agent – tsp;
  • flour – 250 g.

Preparation of apple pie:

Get rid of the apples from the peel and chop them on large sharps of a grater. In a frying pan combine apple mass with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon

. On medium heat stew the apple mass until the juice evaporates, do not forget to constantly stir the filling.

Mix separately in a bowl starch and water until completely dissolved

Pour the starch water into the apple filling, cook for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Once thickened, remove the apple mixture from the heat.

To prepare the biscuit, in a separate bowl mix the eggs with salt, vanilla and classic sugar. With a mixer, beat the eggs for 10 minutes. Pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the lush mass, mix the ingredients.
