In the era of healthy eating, it is hard to imagine anyone eating chebureks. It is a very hearty, at the same time fatty and unhealthy food from train stations and markets. However, it turns out that any food can be turned into a dietary food. To do this, you need to add vegetables to the usual for many meat chebureks.
For example, you can cook chebureks with zucchini. In flavor, of course, they will differ from the classic meat ones. But, chebureks with zucchini filling are healthier. At the same time, the proper preparation of vegetable chebureks will be an alternative to unhealthy food for you.
Ingredients for zucchini chebureks:
- zucchini – 3 pcs;
- onion – 3 pieces;
- cheese – 100 g;
- green onion – bundle;
- salt – a pinch.
Ingredients for the dough:
- flour – 500 g;
- boiling water – 300 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini chebureks:
In a bowl with flour pour salt, pour boiling water and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly with a spatula. When the dough cools down, knead it with your hands until elastic and soft.
Put the dough in a cellophane bag and leave

for half an hour. Chop zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Cut quarter rings of onion, put in a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry

Fry the onions for 5 minutes. At this time, squeeze out the excess liquid from the zucchini, put the zucchini mass to the onion, cook the vegetables together for 5 minutes.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil, lay out the chebureks. On medium heat, fry the dough on both sides until golden.
