Ingredients for pancakes:
- onions – pcs;
- mayonnaise – 3 tsp;
- potatoes – 6 pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- flour – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of draniki:
A couple of eggs need to be hard-boiled, pre-cooled and peeled. Onion cut into quarter rings, peeled potatoes coarsely grated
. Combine potatoes and onions, break an egg into the mass, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the potato mixture thoroughly, sift flour into it, knead a kind of dough. Grind
boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater, combine them with mayonnaise and mix together. Integrate into the mixture pressed garlic cloves.
Form the potato dough into small tortillas. Fry the draaniki in a frying pan with vegetable oil, on both sides until golden crust.
When one side is fried, you can put the cheese mixture on it. Cover the skillet with a lid, stew on low heat for 5 minutes.
