Let’s share a recipe for cabbage casserole with cottage cheese.
Ingredients for cabbage casserole:
- White cabbage – 400 g;
- Cottage cheese – 400 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Cornstarch – 60 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Preparation of cabbage casserole:
Shinkuem finely cabbage, remove the top leaves and pith in advance.
Beat eggs in a separate bowl

mix with cottage cheese

Add starch to the cottage cheese mixture, mix and put it to the cabbage.
From the cabbage mass you can form cheesecakes. Place them on a parchment-covered frying pan and knead them slightly.
Fry the cheesecakes under a lid on a low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

You can prepare a casserole – put the mixture in a baking dish, in which you put parchment in advance.
Bake the dish for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
