Oladie are considered one of the oldest Slavic baked goods. There is an assumption that pancakes are older than pancakes. It is likely that pancakes later evolved from oladiye.

- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 4 tbsp;
- Kefir 2.5% – 250 ml;
- semolina – 350 g;
- Baking soda – 1 tsp.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl break the eggs, salt, pour sugar and beat with a whisk. Add kefir to the egg mixture, keep stirring until homogeneous.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, strain the dough onto the surface.
