Let’s tell you how to create chicken kebab at home.
Ingredients for chicken kebab:
- chicken breast – 600 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- sweet pepper – ½ tsp;
- dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- dried parsley – ½ tsp;
- butter – tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of chicken kebab:
Cut the chicken breast into thin plates. Salt the chicken, sprinkle with ground black pepper, sweet pepper, dried garlic, dried parsley
. Pour melted butter, vegetable oil and lemon juice to the meat, mix the components.
Put each plate on a skewer and put it on the sides of the baking mold.
Do not forget to put parchment on the bottom of the mold. Bake the kebab at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn the kebab to the second side and bake for another 10 minutes.
You can make a sauce with butter, chopped parsley and garlic.
Brush the kebab with this mixture after baking for a more savory flavor.
