Ingredients for fried zucchini:
- zucchini – 3 pcs;

- paprika – a pinch;
- breadcrumbs – 80 g;
- corn flour – 80 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 80 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation of fried zucchini:
Remove the zucchini stalks and skin. Cut each vegetable lengthwise, but not reaching the base.
That is, zucchini bars should not be separated from the base – you get a fan-like shape.
Salt, pepper and sprinkle zucchini with paprika, spread the spices on each bar, rub with your hands.
In a deep and large mold mix breadcrumbs and corn flour.
In a separate bowl break 4 eggs, beat. Dip each eggplant separately, first into the flour and breadcrumbs and then into the egg mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, put the zucchini in batter on the surface. Fry zucchini until golden color on both sides.
