In a bowl with kefir you need to pour salt, break an egg, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil and mix well.

. Shinkle finely green onions, also add to the mixture of kefir and cheese. Sift flour and baking soda into the mixture, knead a liquid dough.
On a frying pan with hot vegetable oil, put a part of the dough, spread it evenly on the surface. Cover the pancake with a lid, wait until the top part “catches”.
