The history of pies goes back to remote antiquity. In fact, pies appeared almost at the same time as ordinary bread. The peoples of the world quickly realized that it was possible to make bread more tasty and nourishing.

Ingredients for pie with jam:

  • Egg – 4 pcs;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Sugar – 250 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 200 ml;
  • Kefir – 400 ml;
  • Flour – 600 g;
  • Leavening agent – 25 g;
  • Jam – 200 g.

Preparation of the pie with jam:

In a bowl break the eggs, pour salt and granulated sugar, beat the mixture with a mixer until a whitish color appears.
