- Sugar – 250 g;
- Vegetable oil – 200 ml;
- Kefir – 400 ml;
- Flour – 600 g;

Preparation of the pie with jam:
In a bowl break the eggs, pour salt and granulated sugar, beat the mixture with a mixer until a whitish color appears.
Pour
vegetable oil and kefir into the egg mixture, mix the components.

Divide the thick sticky dough into two equal parts.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, place a part of the dough on the surface and level it.
Bake the dough at 180 degrees in the oven for 25 minutes.
After baking let the crust cool slightly, lay the jam on its surface in an even layer. On this layer put the second part of the dough, level it.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes in the oven.
After baking you can smear the pie with honey and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
It is recommended to divide this pie into rhombuses, so the pastry looks better on the table.
