- sugar – tsp;
- flour – 450 g;
- leavening agent – tsp.
Preparation of cheese flatbread:
In one bowl, mix kefir, egg, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Beat the ingredients until homogeneous, and then pour flour with baking powder. Knead by hand an elastic and not sticky dough
. Leave the dough in the heat under a lid for 10 minutes. At this time grate the cheese finely enough. Break an egg to the cheese, sprinkle with salt to taste and mix.
Cheese filling is divided into 4 parts, form the same number of lumps.
