Cooking chicken can be by no means as simple as it seems at first glance. The fact is that the fibers of this type of meat are often subjected to strong frying or boiling. For this reason, as a result, the chicken meat turns out as if rubber. To

Ingredients for chicken cutlets:
- minced chicken – kg;
- vegetable oil – 300 ml;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- onion – pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- dill – bundle;
- corn flour – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 200 g;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- spices – 2 tsp;
- lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of chicken cutlets:
Chop the onion through a meat grinder, add together with mayonnaise to the minced meat. Salt the meat mass, sprinkle with spices and thoroughly mix all components until homogeneity.
