Ingredients for potato patties:
- 20% sour cream – 400 g;
- flour – 680 g;
- margarine – 160 g;
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 4 tsp;

- powdered sugar – tbsp;
- baking soda – ⅓ tsp;
- cottage cheese 5: – 180 g;
- potatoes – 250 g;
- ground black pepper – ¼ tsp;
- onion – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of potato patties:
