Like any hostess, I have my favorite and successful recipes. This is the way of cooking mackerel, which I want to offer you, I like very much and always turns out perfectly: moderately spicy, spicy, flavorful fish, perfectly suited to different side dishes.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

  • mackerel, 1 pc;
  • salt, 1 tsp;
  • vinegar, 2 tbsp;
  • carrots, cucumber, 1 piece each;
  • green onion, bundle;
  • garlic, 2 cloves;
  • ginger root, small piece;
  • paprika, coriander, pepper, red pepper, 1 tsp. each;
  • sesame seeds, 2 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil, 50 ml.

Cooking process

Cut the fish into fillets and cut into pieces.

Salt and pour vinegar, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
