Like any hostess, I have my favorite and successful recipes. This is the way of cooking mackerel, which I want to offer you, I like very much and always turns out perfectly: moderately spicy, spicy, flavorful fish, perfectly suited to different side dishes.
For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- mackerel, 1 pc;
- salt, 1 tsp;
- vinegar, 2 tbsp;
- carrots, cucumber, 1 piece each;
- green onion, bundle;
- garlic, 2 cloves;
- ginger root, small piece;
- paprika, coriander, pepper, red pepper, 1 tsp. each;
- sesame seeds, 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil, 50 ml.
Cooking process
Cut the fish into fillets and cut into pieces.
Salt and pour vinegar, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Raw carrots and cucumber cut into thin slices, chop the onion
. Salt the vegetables and leave for a while so that they let the juice. Squeeze out the juice and mix with green onions. Chop
garlic finely and mix with finely chopped ginger root, paprika, coriander, pepper, red pepper and sesame seeds.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and pour our garlic dressing, stir the mixture

Mix the fish with vegetables and pour the dressing.
Cover the container with a lid and send it to the refrigerator overnight. In the
morning you will have a very tasty, fragrant fish with Korean vegetables on the table
