Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish that is layers of dough alternating with fillings. Usually made from sheets of pasta, meat ragù (bolognese), béchamel sauce, and cheese,
there are many lasagna recipes that can vary depending on the region of Italy. For example, in Emilia-Romagna, they use a ragù made from beef, pork or even venison, and a béchamel sauce with a touch of nutmeg.
Lasagna is baked in the oven until golden. The dish is served hot, cut into portions.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 500 g;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- cherry tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- fine vermicelli – 250 g;
- milk – 750 ml;
- butter – 75 g;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- cheese – 160 g.
Preparation:
Cut small pieces of sweet pepper and tomatoes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry tomatoes and peppers.
Put in the mixture of peppers and tomatoes minced meat, in advance you can add sugar.
For the sauce, melt butter
and mix
with flour in a saucepan
.
Pour milk into the bubbling mixture, over medium heat bring to thickening, salt.
In a baking mold, put a spoonful of sauce, on it pour a little vermicelli
.
On the layer of vermicelli put the minced meat, and distribute all the ingredients in layers.
The top layer of lasagna should be the sauce.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle the top layer.
Bake the dish at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
The result is a delicious casserole. It turns out juicy and hearty due to the Béchamel sauce.
