Salad is a universal dish, as it can be prepared for almost any holiday. In addition, salads are recommended by nutritionists to eat every day. It is a great combination of fiber, protein and carbohydrates.

Ingredients for salad “Symphony”:
- Meat – 500 g;
- Pickled cucumbers – 170 g;
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- Boiled carrots – 250 g;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Mayonnaise;
- Parsley – a bundle.
Preparation of salad “Symphony”:
Boil in salted water meat, cool and cut into small pieces. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Grate cooked carrots on a coarse grater, and cheese and eggs on small cloves
