Ingredients for lazy khachapuri:
- Tvorog – 300 g;
- Kefir – 500 ml;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 250 g;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Soda – 1 tsp.
Preparation of lazy khachapuri:
Break eggs into warm kefir, pour salt and baking soda, mix thoroughly.
Pour
into kefir cottage cheese, continue mixing the components.
Pour flour into kefir with cottage cheese, knead the dough. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, put a couple of spoonfuls of dough.
Fry the flatbread on both sides until golden on medium heat.
To the dough you can chop greens – green onions and parsley.
