Ingredients of the dough:
- kefir – 400 ml;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- flour – 350 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- green onions – a bunch;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs.
Preparation of lazy patties:
Pour salt and sugar into the kefir, break an egg, pour in vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Pour baking soda into the mixture, sift flour and knead a thick dough without lumps.
Shred green onions finely, cut small cubes of hard-boiled eggs

Put the eggs and onions into the dough and mix.
Put the dough in a pastry bag. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, decant small portions of dough into it.
