Ingredients for potato patties:
- Flour – 240 g;
- Boiled potatoes – 600 g;
- Eggs – 1 pc;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- Leavening agent – 10 g;
- Cheese.
Preparation of potato patties:
Boil to readiness potatoes, peeled from the skin. Knead the hot potatoes to a mashed state, mix with salt, egg and vegetable oil.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the mashed potatoes in batches and knead a soft and elastic dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out into 3 mm thick layers.
The diameter of each round layer should be equal to the diameter of the bottom of the pan. Place cheese slices on one layer, cover the second layer with the filling and seal the edges.
