Meatballs have become a trademark of Sweden. It is hard to imagine famous Swedish restaurants without this wonderful dish. For CIS residents, it is much more usual to call meatballs meatballs. Make a large cross cut on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them.

Cut a couple of onions into small cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Take the tomatoes out of the water, peel off their skins

in a blender. Add tomato paste to the tomato

mixture

and continue mixing.

Pour the tomato mixture into the pan with the onions and stew for 7-10 minutes.

Shape the minced meat into large round balls.

Sprinkle the tomato mixture with salt and paprika and stir. Put the meatballs in the mixture, pour more than half of the water over them.

Cover the meatballs with a lid and braise over low heat for 15 minutes. Put spaghetti on top of meatballs, turning them to the other side beforehand.

Cover the meatballs with a lid and braise for another 7-10 minutes.

After cooking, you can sprinkle the dish with parsley or cilantro.

It turns out to be a simple hearty dinner.
