Lemon ice cream. Whipping condensed milk with lemon: a simple and delicious recipe

Ice cream is a dessert that usually consists of a milk base (cream, milk or a combination of both), sugar and various additives. The additives can be fruits, berries, nuts, chocolate, caramel and other ingredients.

There are many types of ice-cream: plombier, eskimo, sorbet, fruit ice and many others. Each type has its own characteristics and flavor profiles.

Ice cream can be made industrially or at home.

Ingredients

:

  • fresh cream 35% – 400 ml;
  • lemon – 2 pcs;
  • condensed milk – 170 g.

Preparation of ice cream:

Remove the zest from the lemons with a grater, it is important not to touch the white layer. Then squeeze out the juice from the lemons

. Add condensed milk to the zest, pour in the lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Beat the cream with a mixer until a soft cream is formed.

Pour the mixture of condensed milk and lemon into the cream. Beat the components to standing peaks and transfer to a separate

container. Put the container in the freezer for 5-6 hours.

As a result, we get lemon ice cream. The plus side of the recipe is that the ice cream is prepared quite quickly and from a few ingredients.
