Lenten stuffed cabbage in Greek. Recipe for Lent: the whole family eats and praises it

  • Parsley – 1/2 bunch;
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • Tomato sauce – 300 ml;
  • Oregano – a pinch;
  • Sweet paprika – a pinch;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Pepper – a pinch;
  • Rice – 400 g;
  • Water.

Preparation of Greek stuffed cabbage:

Pour half the juice of one lemon into the boiling water, put the cabbage in there and wait until the leaves start to come off the fork
