Ingredients for cheese scones:
- flour – kg;
- sour cream – 5 tablespoons;
- milk – 250 ml;
- cheese – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 70 ml;
- yeast – tsp;
- water – 250 ml;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of cheese cakes:
Pour milk and vegetable oil into warm water, pour granulated sugar and yeast, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Sift 250 grams of flour into the liquid, mix with the total mass and leave under a lid for 10 minutes. Pour

Shred the cheese on a medium grater, combine it with sour cream. Divide the dough into 7 equal lumps. Transfer the rolls to a baking tray lined with parchment and knead them into tortillas with your hands.
Spread the cheese filling on each flatbread, spreading it evenly over the surface. Bake the tortillas in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
We recommend adding your favorite herbs – dill, parsley, cilantro – to the filling for the tortillas.
