Ingredients for lazy khachapuri:

  • cottage cheese – 300 g;
  • hard cheese – 50 g;
  • dill – a bunch;
  • baton – 6 pieces;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • turmeric – a pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of lazy khachapuri:

Shinkle dill, mix with cottage cheese in one bowl. Do not forget to salt the cottage cheese, pepper as desired.

Cut thin strips of hard cheese. In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk, add salt and turmeric
