Recently, more and more often people give preference to new salads, because they are tired of the taste of old classic dishes. For this reason, it is worth learning to prepare something new for the holiday.
Let’s create a new salad with liver in the kitchen.
Ingredients for the salad with liver:
- Pickled cucumbers – 400 g;
- Onions – 480 g;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Chicken liver – 700 g;
- Green onions – a bunch;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of salad with liver:
Cut small bars of pickled cucumbers. Cut quarter rings onions, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil, salt.
Peeled carrots rubbed on a Korean grater

Put the carrots to the fried onions, cook the vegetables together for 5 minutes.
Put the fried onions and carrots to the pickled cucumbers in a bowl. Salt the water and bring to a boil, boil the liver for 5-6 minutes and cool.
Chop the green onions finely, cut the liver into small bars.
Put the liver in the salad, dress with mayonnaise and mix.
After cooking, sprinkle the salad with green onions. Salt the dish according to your taste.
