Nutritionists have been warning us lately to give up snacking. This insignificant meal can have a bad effect on digestion. However, at the same time, doctors of nutritional sciences say that it is necessary to eat 5-6 times a day. Do they really think that people have enough time to cook themselves 2 breakfasts, lunch and dinner each.
This concept is fine for people who don’t work much. For the rest of us, we would advise to eat right, replace snacks with simple and quick meals. For example, lazy pies.
Ingredients for lazy pies:
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- green onions – 20 g;
- onion – pcs;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- carrots – pcs;
- flour – 250 g;
- cabbage – 350 g;
- salt – tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – ⅓ tsp;
- kefir – 350 ml.
Preparation of lazy patties:
Cut a small dice onions, grate carrots and chink cabbage. In a pan with vegetable oil, fry onions and carrots for a couple of minutes. To the mixture add cabbage, sugar and half a spoonful of salt, mix and stew vegetables for 3 minutes.
Separately in kefir pour salt, beat an egg and mix well. Combine flour and baking soda, sift the loose mixture into the kefir.

Together with green onions, send cabbage filling to the dough, mix the components with each other.
Grease a frying pan with sunflower oil, heat and lay out portions of dough on the surface. Fry lazy patties on both sides until browned.
