Ingredients for 2 jars:

  • cucumbers – 1 kg;
  • dill – 40 g;
  • garlic – 20 g;
  • bay leaf – 4 pcs;
  • black pepper peas – 20 pcs.

Ingredients for brine for 1 jar:

  • water – 1 liter;
  • salt – 1 tbsp;
  • honey – 1 tbsp.

Preparation of cucumbers with honey:

Remove the stalks from the cucumbers and put them in a jar with dill. Cut garlic cloves

In the jar also pour black pepper peas and bay leaves. For brine pour 500 ml of boiling water into a bowl, add salt, stir until the grains of sand dissolve
