Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Mayonnaise;
- Sardine – 100 g;
- Green onions – a bundle;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Smoked sausage cheese – 180 g.
Preparation of salad “Marquise”:
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes, lay them out in a cooking ring. Smear the bottom with mayonnaise, salt and pepper the potato layer.
Smear the potato layer with mayonnaise and put a layer of sardines on it. Shred green onions and put them on the fish layer.
Boil eggs, divide them into yolks and whites

Rub the whites on the onion layer smeared with mayonnaise. Smear
