Ingredients for beef stew:
- beef – 500 g;
- onions – 250 g;
- water – 100 ml;
- butter – 50 g;
- sugar – tsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- lemon – ½ pc.
Preparation of beef stew:
Cut the beef into small pieces, cut the onion into thick half-rings. Put onion and meat in a pan, pour water. Put butter on the mixture, turn on the fire.
Bring the meat and onions to a boil, and then stew for an hour in the skillet under a lid at a below-average heat. Next, salt the mixture, sprinkle with sugar and paprika.
Shinkle garlic cloves finely, add to the meat along with lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and stew under a lid for half an hour.
Remember that you should mix the ingredients only after the main one-hour stewing.
Beef should be served with a side dish of potatoes.
