The domestication of pigs took place in the Middle East in the 9th millennium B.C. After the animals arrived in Europe. Pork meat quickly entered the diet of peasants, because the animals are easy to feed because of their omnivorousness.

All because it is customary to make kebabs from them. When it is not possible to cook shashlik on the street according to all canons, you can use the home version of cooking in the oven. We have prepared a quick way of cooking, thanks to which you do not even have to marinate the meat for a day. We also offer a delicious vegetable side dish.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- pork neck;
- onion – 500 g;
- mineral water;
- vinegar;
- coriander;
- salt, pepper.
Ingredients for garnishing:
- onion – 100 g;
- parsley;
- cilantro.
Ingredients for garnish:
- red onion – pcs;
- sweet pepper – 2 pcs;
- green beans;
- carrots – pcs;
- mini corn;
- broccoli;
To make the sauce:
- Processed cheese 130-150 g;
- butter;
- milk 100 ml;
- salt.
Preparation of meat:
We start with the preparation of the marinade. To marinate the meat literally in 1-2 hours, instead of the standard cutting of onions in half rings, we send the product to a blender or juicer. It is onion juice will speed up the process.
Pour in mineral water and apple cider vinegar. Here we also pour salt, pepper and coriander. Cut the meat into large pieces, drop it into the marinade.
Put the meat in a baking bag, getting rid of the marinade. So the pork neck will not boil and will be able to acquire a delicious crust. Pour vegetable oil into the bag, tie the bag.
Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius
.To prepare the sauce, pour milk into asaucepan. Add salt, butter, melted cheese and paprika. Cook over heat until cheese is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Cover with a lid and move to a cold place.
For garnish prepare vegetables. Cut the red onion into feathers, and carrots – a straw. Fry in a heated pan with oil. Regular or mini corn cut into pieces, send to the frying pan with the rest of the components. We make also cut peppers. Fry for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and green beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 7 minutes, the vegetables should be cooked but still crispy.
When the meat in the oven is ready, cut the package and cook for 15 minutes for crusting.
We use sliced fresh onion, parsley and cilantro as decoration.
