tradition of cooking meat pies came from the distant past. Then people just began to learn the basics of cooking. Meat was carried in edible dough for preservation. Gradually, the dough learned to bake and fry.

Meat pie dough ingredients:

  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • salt – 1/3 tsp;
  • kefir 2.5% – 200 ml;
  • flour – 150 g;
  • leavening agent – 10 g.

Ingredients for sprinkles:

  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Parsley – a bundle.

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • minced meat – 450 g;
  • onion – pcs;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
  • salt – 1/2 tsp;

Preparation of meat pie:

Dice the onions into small cubes and fry them in a skillet in vegetable oil. Add minced meat to the fried onions, mix and fry.

Salt the minced meat, pour in sweet paprika and spices for meat, mix. In a separate bowl prepare the dough – break eggs, pour kefir, salt and whisk until homogeneous.

Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, mix. When moisture evaporates from the filling, level it.
