Meat rolls have become an integral part of various buffets and family feasts. They are combined with all sorts of products, such as cheese, ham, sausage.
Such a dish is often served in restaurants as an aperitif to the main course. It is created as budgetary as possible, while it has a high demand from visitors. However, rolls are quite possible to prepare and at home. About how you can make zucchini rolls as in a restaurant, we will tell you.
Ingredients for meat rolls:
- chicken breast – 700 g;
- mushrooms – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 10 ml;
- salt – 5 g;
- lemon juice – 10 ml;
- mozzarella – 100 g;
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 30 g;
- salt – 5 g;
- black pepper – 4 g;
- melted cheese – 30 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- flour – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Preparation of meat rolls:
Cut the meat into thin slices and baste thoroughly.
In a separate bowl mix melted cheese, mustard and finely chopped boiled eggs. Add salt, black pepper, mayonnaise to the chopped products and mix well.
Fry finely chopped mushrooms in a heated frying pan until ready, salt. After sending fried mushrooms in a common bowl with the rest of the chopped products, mix.
Place the meat slices on the food film. There we put a small layer of stuffing and pour cheese, having previously cut it into large cubes. Wrap the stuffing into a meat roll. Repeat these actions with each slice.
If the roll is large enough, you can cut it in half. Next, roll each roll first in flour and then in egg yolk and immediately send it to a heated frying pan.
Fry them until they are ready – golden crust.
Such rolls will look great as an independent dish, and in addition to any garnish. The same applies to sauces – any sauce will do.
