Ingredients for meatballs:
- Onions – pcs;
- Carrots – pcs;
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Rice – 100 g;
- Sweet pepper – 2 pcs;
- Garlic dry – tsp;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Water – 700 ml;
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- Tomato puree -250 ml;
- Sugar – tsp;
- Vegetable oil – tbsp.
Preparation of meatballs:
It is necessary to grate carrots on small teeth, shred dill, cut a small diced onion
. Add the chopped vegetables and herbs to the minced meat along with washed rice and dry garlic, salt.
Mix minced meat with vegetables and spices

Remove the insides of the sweet pepper, cut into small pieces.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, lay the pieces of sweet pepper on the bottom. On the peppers put meat balls.
To prepare the sauce, mix tomato puree with sour cream and sugar, pour in water and stir. Pour the sauce into the pan with peppers and meat balls, cover with a lid.
Braise the meatballs for 12 minutes on medium heat, then flip them to the other side and cook for 10 minutes.
This is a great dinner that goes with almost any side dish, be it pasta or mashed potatoes. At the same time, the meatballs turn out hearty, with a thick gravy.
