To many European nations, such a low-calorie dish went for quite a long time. The point is that in cold climates it was difficult to eat only greens.

After a long period of time salads began to improve, adding new ingredients. So meat and fish salads became more popular with northerners.

We will tell you how to prepare a salad of sausage and vegetables in 5 minutes.

Ingredients for salad “Mexico”:

  • smoked sausage – 200 g;
  • green onions – a bundle;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • canned corn – 150 g;
  • sweet pepper – pcs;
  • pickled cucumber – pcs;
  • tomato – 2 pcs;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
  • salt – a pinch.

Preparation of salad “Mexico”:

Cut a thin straw of a sausage loaf, pickled cucumber and peeled from the seeds of the bell pepper. Chop cheese on small grating cutters
