Many cakes have quite an interesting history of creation, but their names are quite clear to everyone. For example, Medovik means made of honey, Prazhsky means invented in Prague. And, what about the cake “Milk Girl”?
It can be assumed that this dessert is prepared with the addition of milk. If we delve into the history in more detail, we learn that “Milk Girl” is originally the brand of a company in Germany. This brand produces dairy products, including condensed milk.
Foreigners call this cake “Milk Girl”, but for us the more relevant and correct variant is “Milk Girl”.
Let’s make one of the uncomplicated variants of the recipe for this cake.
Ingredients for the cake “Milk Girl”:
- egg – pcs;
- sour cream – 300 g;
- condensed milk – 680 g;
- leavening agent – tsp;
- flour – 450 g.
Preparation of the cake “Milk Girl”:
In a bowl, mix the egg with 380 grams of condensed milk, mix the components well. Pour leavening agent into the flour, add the loose products in parts to the egg mixture.
Knead an elastic lump, remove under the foil for 5 minutes. Roll out a thick sausage from the dough, divide it into 10 equal parts.
Roll the small rolls into round cakes, the size equal to the diameter of the frying pan. You can put a plate on the surface of the flatbread and trim the rim.
Bake the cakes in a hot frying pan without adding oil, frying on each side until browned

Mix the remaining condensed milk with sour cream to make a cream. Spread the liquid cream on each cake and assemble the cake.
