Ingredients for milk cake:
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Milk – 250 ml;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Sugar – 200 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Flour – 320 g;
- Baking powder – 10 g.
Preparation of milk cake:
In a bowl break the egg, pour sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, stir with a whisk until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour the milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture and continue mixing.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the egg and milk and knead a thick dough. Put parchment in a baking mold, grease with vegetable oil,
pour the dough into the mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool the cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
