Ingredients for patties:
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – tsp;
- Soda – ½ tsp;
- Flour – 250 g;
- Sausage – 100 g.
Preparation of patties:
In a bowl with kefir break an egg, pour salt and granulated sugar, mix. Cut the sausage into small cubes and add to the kefir
. Sift the flour and baking soda into the kefir in batches and knead a homogeneous dough. Knead the dough with your hands and use a rolling pin to create a thick round cake (cm thick).
Divide the flatbread like a pizza into 6-8 pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the pies on both sides on medium heat until golden crust.
The result is delicious puffy pies from a minimum of ingredients.
To the dough you can also chop greens – green onions and dill.
