. Let’s prepare light puffy buns on kefir in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Sausage – 100 g;
- Flour – 450 g;
- Baking powder – 10 g;
- Parsley – 10 g.
Preparation of buns on kefir:
In a bowl to the eggs pour kefir, pour salt and sugar, mix. Grate cheese and sausage on a coarse grater, chop parsley
. Put sausage, cheese and herbs into the egg mixture, mix. Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead a soft elastic dough.
Leave the dough for 10 minutes under cellophane and then roll out into a flatbread with a diameter equal to the pan.
Divide the flatbread into 8 triangles, place each one in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil.
Fry the buns on both sides until golden.
