The fact is that the cucumber is a watery vegetable. Together with minced meat, it is able to greatly soften the consistency and turn it into a liquid mass.
At the same time, it is possible to cook cucumbers with minced meat if you know the right recipe.
Ingredients for cutlets with rolls for garnish:
- onions – 2 pcs;
- mushrooms – 250 g;;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- pickles – 4 pieces;
- bread – 4 slices;
- salt – 2 tsp;
- ground black pepper – tsp;
- oregano – tsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- potatoes – 4 pcs;
- cheese – 100 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- parsley – a bunch;
- garlic – 2 cloves
- pita – 2 pcs.
Preparation of cutlets with rolls for garnish:
Chop on large grated onions and pickles. Transfer onions and cucumbers to a bowl with minced meat.
Remove crusts from bread, turn crumbs into crumbs with a blender. Pour the bread crumbs into the vegetables and minced
meat. Break the egg into the minced meat, pour salt, ground black pepper, oregano and paprika. Mix the components, cover with food film and leave for 20 minutes in the heat.

Cover the potato layer with the second pita, also spread the mashed potatoes on it. Roll the pita into a roll, cut into small portions.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the rolls on both sides for 5 minutes on medium heat.
The result is cutlets with a side dish in the form of rolls with mashed potatoes.
