Tiramisu is second in popularity to Napoleon cake, Medovik and Prague. However, you should not write off this delicate dessert. It may well become something new on your festive table, easily replacing the usual traditional cakes.

The dessert began to be prepared for the Duke of Tuscany. Later, the recipe for tiramisu was intercepted by Italian confectioners. At this point in time, the real history of this cake begins.
Cooking tiramisu at home is quite difficult. We propose to make some analog of tiramisu with your own hands.
Ingredients for homemade tiramisu:
- cottage cheese – 600 g;
- sour cream – 150 g;
- sugar – 100 g;
- cocoa – tbsp;
- boiling water – 100 ml;
- cookies – 350 g;
- chocolate – 90 g;
- milk – 30 ml.
Preparation of homemade tiramisu:
In a bowl with cottage cheese put sour cream and granulated sugar, whip with an immersion blender until homogeneous.
Pour boiling water into the sifted cocoa, stir.
Place a layer of cookies in a deep baking dish. Moisten the cookies with liquid cocoa, spread ⅓ of the curd cream.
Spread the cream in an even layer, place the cookies on top. Again moisten the cookies with cocoa, smear with curd cream. Similarly create a third layer of cream and cookies.
Chop chocolate, pour in milk and melt the mixture on a water bath. Cover the top of the cake with glaze, leave it in the refrigerator for an hour.
As a result, we get a juicy homemade tiramisu.
It is different from the store-bought one, at the same time no less sweet and soaked.
