Much better than Olivier. I make “Quick” salad for any holiday and every day

Sometimes it seems that salad can be prepared from any ingredients. There are recipes for this dish with pickled vegetables, various types of meat, fish and offal. In addition, it is customary to add cheeses and sauces to salads to give additional flavors.

This is a universal dish, the types of which are replenished every year. Chefs around the world are coming up with new ways to prepare the dish. And often cooks create truly strange salads.

We will not make an unusual salad, for it will have dubious relevance / It is better to make a salad “Shusty”, slightly similar to Olivier.

Ingredients for salad “Shusty”:

  • cucumbers – 300 g;
  • spicy mustard – 2 tsp;
  • green peas – 250 g;
  • dijon mustard – tsp;
  • onions – pcs;
  • sour cream – 4 tbsp;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • milk – 3 tbsp;
  • vinegar – 2 tsp;
  • sausage – 350 g.

Preparation of salad “Shusty”:

Before preparing the salad, it is necessary to marinate the onion. To do this, cut the onion into quarter rings, in a separate bowl combine with sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix the components and leave for 10 minutes.

Also for this recipe we will need an egg pancake. To get it, mix eggs with milk, pour the mixture into the frying pan and fry on both sides.

Cucumbers and sausage cut into thin small bars, lay them out in a salad

bowl.

Squeeze the onion from excess juice, add it together with green peas to the chopped ingredients.

Shred cheese on medium grating cutters, put it in the salad.

For the dressing we use sauce – mix sour cream with Dijon and spicy mustard
