There are so many different delicious and interesting cheeses in our world. One of them is brynza. This cheese is used to make a large number of baked goods, sauces and pastes.
Brynza is a cheese in a state of brine. Traditionally, brynza is made from goat’s or sheep’s milk. Of course, now there are many substitutes for bryndza from cow’s milk. But cheese connoisseurs should still try the classic version.

You can make unusual tasty baked goods from cheese. As an option, we propose to make a similar Khachapuri from bryndza.
Ingredients for bryndza pie:
- potatoes – 500 g;
- suluguni – 30 g;
- bryndza – 200 g;
- pita – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- eggs – 4 pcs.
Preparation of brynza pie:
Boil potatoes until ready in peeled form. At this time, chop bryndza on small grater teeth. Boiled potatoes turn into mashed potatoes, where we break eggs, pour bryndza.
Integrate sour cream into the products, mix the components thoroughly. Cut pita 18×25 cm, you should get 5-6 sheets. Lay the first sheet on a baking tray, cover with the bryndza mixture.
Cover each potato layer with a pita sheet. Grate Suluguni on a medium grater, create a cheese cap on the last pita sheet.
In the oven at 180 degrees bake the pie until golden color.
