Preparation of hot sandwiches:
Cut the baguette into two equal pieces, split in two lengthwise. Cover a baking tray with parchment, drizzle with olive oil.
Place the baguette on the surface, bake it at 180 degrees in the oven for 5 minutes.
Cut the rinsed mushrooms into small pieces.
