Ingredients for lulia kebab:
- minced meat – kg;
- salt – 2 tsp;
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- vegetable oil – tsp;
- onion – 3.5 pcs.;
- vinegar – tsp;
- carrots – pcs;
- sugar – ½ tsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- egg – pcs;
- butter – 30 g;
- cilantro – bundle;
- bell pepper – pcs;
- ground black pepper – tsp;
- coriander – tsp.
Preparation of lula kebab:
Cut 3 onions into small cubes, melt butter in a frying pan. Put the onions in the pan, cook until soft and juicy.
Grate the peeled carrots and potatoes with a large grater

Chop garlic into small pieces and add to the mixture of potatoes and carrots. Peel peppers from their insides and cut into small pieces.
Chop cilantro, pour it into the minced meat together with chopped vegetables and fried onions.
Add 1.5 spoonfuls of salt, ground black pepper and coriander to the mixture.
Knead the mince by hand, break an egg into the
mixture
for greater adhesion of the products. Place parchment on a baking tray and form 8 elongated cutlets.
Transfer the cutlets to the tray, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut the rest of the onion into half-rings, in a bowl mix with sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and salt. We leave the onions to marinate for 15 minutes.
